 JOOPS hotel/Innercity Apartments is located in the enjoyable city center of Haarlem, surrounded by many restaurants, cafes and shops. We have double hotelrooms in our renovated, charming hotel. Next to our lobby with luxury seats and newspapers you can have a good time in our hotelbar 'De Gouverneur'. The rooms are equiped with pay tv and internet access. The whole hotel is furnished with antiques from around the world. Just around the corner from our hotel there are fully furnished ** apartments and studios. All apartments, studios and suites have cooking facilities.
Public paid parking spaces are available in front of the hotel, and parking lods are within a couple of hundred meters.

Joops Hotel is in the very center of Haarlem. You can reach the tourist attractions by foot, as well as shops, many restaurants and bars.
From Amsterdam to Haarlem (or from the Airport to Haarlem) you can take a train. If you are with your back to the entrance of the CS of Haarlem, take the left till you reach "Jansstraat", take the right, walk to the end till the Church and the hotel is behind the Church!If walking is difficult you can take taxi from there to our place.

All the agreements we enter into, are subjects to the UVH conditions as deposited with the District Court of The Hague and the Chamber of Commerce of Haarlem. The UVH are binding for everyone who makes use of our services. In case of a guaranteed reservation, we have the right to charge against no-show and cancellation.
Cancellation:> month no costs, >14 days 15%, >7 days 35%, > 3 days 60%
>24 hrs 85%, < 24 hrs 100%.

Breakfast is Euro 9,50 per person.
The prices mentioned are excluded city-tax Euro 1.85 per person per night.
The reception is open till 22:30 p.m.. After that time you will be able to receive the keys for the hotel and your room at the pub next door. The instructions how to get to the pub will be on the reception window. You would also have to pay for your accommodation to the pub when receiving the keys. If you will arrive after 1:30a.m. you will not be able to enter the hotel any more.
No extra charge when paid with Credit Card.
In one of our buildings we have an elevator, the other buildings have only stairs.
